Carbohydrate and Fat Analysis

These laboratories are equipped for the routine analysis of structural and storage carbohydrates (NSPs, cellulose, hemicellulose, starch, sugars and uronic acids ) using colorimetric and chromatographic techniques. Automated solvent extraction equipment is available for fat determination.
