The Rowett genomics facility was established in 2001-2 to support the increasing use of molecular biology techniques. Extensive investment has been made to enable us to provide a comprehensive service to the research and business communities with large scale processing and high throughput analyses to enhance the level of data generated.

The facility provides mainstream services such as DNA sequencing, micro-array and RNA analysis, for more details of these follow the links below. Many other techniques are available and our staff will endeavour to accommodate one-off requests and adapt methods to meet researchers’ requirements.
